For construction, such materials were used.:

• Four fence posts at least 2 m high
• 8 pieces of wood from 50 to 60 cm long
• Fence panel used on building sites for roofing
• 16 screws and four thick plastic bags
• Canvas or awning large enough to cover the gazebo (not shown in the photo)

Necessary tools: saw, electric drill, shovel, stepladder

Step 1: Support preparation

Use 8 pieces of wood to secure the pillars. Make, as shown in the photo, that they sit at an angle of 45º without protruding corners that could damage the tarp needed for coating. The panel should fit in the grooveso that it does not need to be fixed. Cut the poles 250 cm long with the expectation that 30 cm will go to the ground.

Step 2: Leg Protection

Instead of using impregnation, the author decided to try another method, using thick plastic bags to cover the bottom of the pillars. Plastic does not decompose, so that it is firmly fixed to the supports, theoretically, should work.

Step 3: Pillar Installation

Dig holes 30 cm deep, insert the poles and fill the gaps with soil and tamp.
The distance between the pairs depends on roof panel size. Plastic bags should protrude above the ground so that the likelihood of water penetration is lower. Then lift the roof panel from one end to the stop in the pillars that are closer to each other. Use a stepladder, then go to the other end and lift.

Step 4: Another way

It is difficult to fix wooden parts on metal, so the author decided to find a simple way - to cut through groove for wire. Then fasten the brackets with two screws. Each post must have two mounts so that nothing sways.

It remains to throw a tarp and secure it so that the wind does not tear off the roof. The construction of the gazebo took only two days of work and it cost nothing.
