There are two ways to make sculptures.

1. Make a foundation out of moistened snow, and then build up various details for it

So prepare the snow for modeling

For the latter method, you need to prepare a "snow dough."

1. To do this, take fluffy fresh snow and put it in a container (for example, a bucket) with water. As a result, a thick “dough” should form.
2. But first you need to knock out plywood, chipboard, boxes of boxes and densely fill them with snow,
3. Then carefully tamp. In order for the snow to be properly compressed, it will take several days, after which the boxes can be removed.

Sculpting of snow

So, the source material is ready and you can proceed to the most interesting part - the manufacture of figures.

For this purpose

• scrapers
• small blades made of wood,
• spatulas
• hacksaws
• saws.

  

The snow sculpture is coated with the prepared “snow dough” and watered a little with water. All this is done for the sake of ice crust, which will subsequently store your

creation. Of course, it all depends on the temperature, but if there are no large differences, then the figures can stand all winter.
By the way with boxes you can and do not bother, of course, it is more reliable with them, but if there is no material for

making, you can just roll large koloboks. Having stood a little, they can also serve as good material from which it is convenient and easy to cut various figures, and the “snow dough” will help you save them.

What else can be made of snow

It is also an interesting option to make snow figures on trees, for example, a squirrel on a branch or a bear hugging a trunk. To do this, you need wet snow and good frost. Usually such figures are made small so as not to collapse.
So a little imagination and work will be fun in the winter at the site of your country house.

Santa Claus from the snow

You can make such Santas here from the snow with your own hands.

Snow monkey

 

We recommend starting to make a monkey in the same way as an ordinary snowman. First make three balls, put one on top of the other and flatten the two lower ones, and you end up with a sitting monkey. Then you stick legs and arms to it, the most difficult thing is to make the face, face of the monkey with your own hands. Remember what are the main elements, which should be highlighted on the face, these are eyebrows, and a massive part of the lips and chin. The larger the ears, the funnier.

Christmas tree made of snow

 

Making a Christmas tree out of snow is not an easy task, as it might seem at first glance. It is necessary that it be slim, tall, I really want that branches (paws) stand out. Imagine how much time you need to spend to make each foot, but you need to, so that they still do not fall off.

A Christmas tree looks very good, which is covered with colored snowballs in the seventh photo.
Also in the photo there are "lazy" Christmas trees, which are made, as if, on a pile of snow that the janitor was throwing off the path). But for working with children, this is even a very good result!

In general, you can make a Christmas tree from any cone-shaped pile, dangling it with garlands and balls made of snow (go real, why not) and painted in different colors.
