2. strengthen the rack by pouring it with concrete.

The second method is the most popular and reliable.

The depth at which it is necessary to fill the racks must be at least 1 meter, and depends on the depth of freezing of the soil. To create a basis for concreting, you need to make a pillow of crushed stone and sand for concrete, 150-200 mm deep. Flooded and leveled pillars should stand for a week so that the concrete solidifies well. The second stage involves the manufacture of a frame for sashes. To do this, you can use a profile pipe with a size of 40 * 20 * 1.5 mm or 60 * 40 * 1.5 mm. The final choice also depends on the weight of the finished flaps and taking into account the wind load.

 

Making a frame for the gate
