How to drill a well more than 10 m deep?

There is a method that allows you to do this yourself.

1. For this dig a hole 2 meters deep. The width of the pit is 1.5 to 1.5 meters. It is better to strengthen the walls with boards so that the soil does not crumble.
2. Directly above the pit, a log structure is made in the form of a derrick. The center of the connection of the supports should be exactly above the center of the pit.
3. Next is necessary prepare casing with thick walls from 5 mm, even so that there are no side seams on it. A cone should be welded to the bottom of the pipe. Its diameter should be larger than the diameter of the pipe by 5 - 6 centimeters. In the future, the pipe will need to be increased, so the thread on which the coupling will be mounted must be rolled on top of the pipe.
4. When the casing is ready, its set vertically in the pitusing a plumb line. Then, on a steel cable or rope, a bailer is lowered into it and the hole is punched.
5. Using a winch, the bouncer rises up a meter and drops sharply. Each time it will be filled with soil, it must be shaken out. The process will go the faster, the heavier the bellow. Usually its weight is about 50 kilograms and not more than two meters long.
6. So that the space inside the pipe is not blocked by soil, which can complicate the punching of the well, the bailer is filled approximately two-thirds of the length. Hard rocks are broken with a chisel, which is installed in place of the chipper.
7. When water appears, the billet is removed and a deep-well pump is installed, pump water until it is clean. To prevent sand from entering the well, a filter is installed in the pipe.

 

This simple method allows you to make wells up to 40 meters deep !!! Water from such a well can be used for drinking and cooking. It is beautifully cleaned and of good quality.
