Why is water drilling better ???

 

Why is it preferable to other types of drilling, such as rope-rotary, shock-rope, rotary auger?
The main advantage is that hydraulic drilling can be done with your own hands, without the use of heavy special equipment. When drilling, the solution acts as a natural cooler and at the same time polishes the walls of the well, from which they become more durable. And with this method of drilling, the external landscape is preserved.

How to drill and where to get equipment?

However, it is quite problematic to make drilling equipment on their own, so it is better to rent it. In principle, you can buy, then you can also earn by renting on an ad.

The best option for work is the use of MBU (small-sized drilling rig). Of course, she can’t cope with stony rocks, but she works effectively on sandy soil or alumina. MBU operates on the principle of leaching the soil due to the circulation of the solution. For work, you will also need a motor pump, which should be taken into account when buying an MBU, since it does not come with the kit.

How to drill

 

1. Before carrying out work, you need to find out at what depth is the aquifer. This can be found out only from neighbors who have wells, or they will contact the district department of geodesy.
2. Then choosing a place for the well. This should be the lowest point on the site. It must be ensured that there are no landfills or other similar objects near the future well that could pollute groundwater.
3. Installation assembly carried out at the drilling site according to the instructions. Particular attention should be paid to the use of the level, it is required that the structure is located strictly vertically.
4. Then you need to dig two identical pits (1 cube of volume) and connect them with a ditch. One of them is filled with drilling mud, and the other is needed for the washed rock, it will serve as a sump. A hose is connected to the inlet of the motor-pump, the other end of which is immersed in the solution.
5. Then at the same time start a motor pump and a drilling rig. As drilling, the column is being extended with additional rods.
6. As soon as the aquifer is reached, drilling is stopped !!!
7. At the end, the well is washed with water and reinforced with casing.

 

If everything is carried out according to the instructions, then usually the drilling process takes place without difficulty.
