How to make a PVC fence

The main advantage of PVC is its resistance to environmental influences. Temperature extremes and climatic conditions do not affect the operational characteristics of this material. Plastic has good impact resistance and fire resistance, it is very light and there is no need to constantly look after it.

Production fences made of PVC similar to the release of plastic windows, the technology is the same. Since the weight of the structure is small, it can be installed without any problems anywhere. Plastic is a durable material, so you can expect the fence to last 50 years. The fence is very easy to assemble, because it is divided into sections, which are assembled as a designer.

Before installing the fence, it is necessary to mark the site, use the pegs to indicate the place of future support pillars and to indicate where the gate and gate will be. Having prepared the site, it is necessary to drill holes up to 80 centimeters deep, the column should be in the ground at a quarter of the height. If the site is not even, then the height differences should be in sections, without distortions.

Poles can be installed in different ways, depending on the height of the fence. If the fence is not planned to be high, the support columns can simply be installed in the hole, covered with gravel and compacted, or a little solution can be added on top. They do this if they do not plan to operate the fence for a long period, then it can be quickly removed and moved. With a thorough installation for a long period, of course, the posts should be cemented, but it is better to do this after assembling the sections. Only the first pole, on which the entire fence will be oriented, can be firmly fixed.

Sections are assembled sequentially. At the beginning, the lower lag is inserted into a special lock. Then, insert the sectional panel into the groove and fasten the upper crossbar from above. After that, the span is leveled, and the column can be rigidly fixed. In case there are differences, you need to install an additional column, and so do throughout the climb. Of course, the costs will increase, but the appearance of the fence will win.

If the plastic fence is high and large, other methods of fastening are used - rivets, brackets and screws, but the essence of the assembly itself remains the same. The main thing is to maintain straight lines and prevent distortions, then the fence will look neat and solid.
