How to make a fence from siding

Invented siding panels for facades half a century ago. The building material vinyl from which they are made meets all the requirements of exterior cladding under the most adverse weather conditions. The installation of the fence from siding, although it has some specifics, is not fundamentally different from the construction of other types of fencing.

Then install the poles, the size of which should be calculated in place for the screws to secure the horizontal rails.

When the installation of supports is completed, you must correctly calculate how to fix these same guides. The calculation takes into account the width of the siding. For example, with a fence height of two meters and a panel width of 20 centimeters, the number of horizontal levels will be a maximum of ten. Given an overlap of 5 centimeters, the number of levels will increase to thirteen.
Panels are attached, overlapping from the bottom. If the fence is double-sided, then try to keep the distance between the sides 20 centimeters, that is, the width of the siding panel. Then it will be possible to close the upper part with one panel.

When installing, special attention should be paid to the poles so that they are dug 40 centimeters lower than the ground freezes. This will protect the fence from possible distortions. To do this, pour gravel and sand into the pits under the pillars, and also think over a drainage system so that water does not accumulate in this place.

Also take care that moisture does not get inside the support posts; install protective caps over them.
Almost all types of siding are suitable for fencing, but before buying it is advisable to familiarize yourself with the characteristics of each of them. In principle, you can focus on price. The more expensive the material, the better the quality.
