Repair of pillars of a brick fence Repair of pillars of a brick fence

Brick fences, with all their reliability and durability, are destroyed over time. But sometimes the cause of spoilage is not time, but flaws in construction and often the pillars are the problem, or rather errors during their construction. Then you have to repair the support pillars of a brick fence.

By the way, this problem is very relevant, because a mistake in the construction of poles, especially those where the gate is mounted and the gates are made quite often. Such supports are built with a metal rod inside the structure, which has several exits to the surface for attaching the gate. It is clear that this design has many weaknesses. Due to its insecurity, it leads to the destruction of the entire masonry and the need for repairs. And for this, it will be necessary to dismantle the entire structure of the support column. But this problem can be solved if additional fastenings for the gate are made.

To do this, two additional pipes are installed, connected underground by a metal bridge welded to these two pipes. This design will remove the load from the supports of the brick fence and the gate will be securely fixed.

As a jumper, another pipe is usually used. This method is called linear. Of course, this technology will cost more than the usual method with concrete piling, you need a trench between the supports, welding to fix the structure, but even with a weak foundation there will not be resonant loads.

The use of the linear method allows you to redistribute the load, which will protect the columns from destruction, which means that the entire fence will also stand longer, which will undoubtedly cover all costs.
