How to make a fence from a blockhouse ^Favorite

In the construction of wooden fences, the use of a blockhouse is preferable to an ordinary picket fence, since class C boards are used for fencing. The average thickness of the blockhouse board is 20 mm, so the fence is strong and does not require additional processing.

The construction of the fence begins with the installation of poles. The choice of supports depends on the soil, well, and on the desire of the owner of the site. It’s easier to attach the fence to wooden poles, but to make the fence stand longer, usually use metal pipes. If the site has light soil with a predominance of sand, then the pipes may not be cemented, but simply fix the support in the pit with stones or broken bricks and be well tamped.

In heavy loamy soil, poles to prevent distortions, it is better to concrete.

When you finish working with the supports, you can install the lightweight. First, the crossbars are attached with screws, then the picket is stuffed with an interval of five centimeters and the blockhouse is sheathed. The material should be painted before assembly. At the top of the fence, it is recommended to install a visor from a board soaked in antiseptic and coated with waterproof varnish.
